Authority of Registrant 

I hereby apply to be the Registrant to participate in the Auction for the Land.
I have read and understand the auction conditions for this sale event. I have also had the opportunity to obtain independent legal, financial and other advice prior to participating in this sales event.
I understand a minimum of 2 Directors must be present to sign if the purchaser is a company and there are multiple Directors. I declare that the information provided in this Auction Registration form is true and correct in every particular.
I understand that if the Registrant’s bid is successful each Registrant or its agent must be present to sign the Contract for Sale immediately after the Auction unless approved by the Suburban Land Agency
I authorise the Bidder to represent the Registrant at the Auction and agree to be liable and indemnify the Suburban Land Agency for all actions of the Bidder in respect of the Auction.
